01 How does it choose tenders for me?

Configure your profile: UNSPSC categories, operational regions, company size, certifications. The system crosses that profile with day's tenders and delivers those that apply. Go/no-go scoring tells you why each enters or doesn't enter your pipeline.

02 Does it comply with Chilean Law 21.719?

Yes. Integrated ARCO+ workflows, MFA TOTP, audit trail, consent management. The platform was designed from scratch with Chilean Law 21.719 compliance in mind.

03 Works if I'm a natural person?

Yes. Mercado Público accepts natural person applications. QueLicitar works the same, adjusting scoring to corresponding requirements.
