01 I installed a plugin and it does not work. What do I do?

Check the documentation page of each plugin in /en/herramientas. If the issue persists, contact us by email with the URL, WordPress version and the specific error message.

02 Are the Pro plugins lifetime?

Yes. Once-only payment, lifetime license. License key delivered by email after payment. Three sites per Personal license, more sites available in Agency license.

03 Do you fix custom bugs for free?

Bugs in free GPL code that we cause: yes, no cost, prioritized via GitHub issues. Customizations beyond the plugin spec: chargeable as small custom work.
