By accessing and using the services of aGo lab, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

aGo lab provides technological services including but not limited to:

  • Custom software development
  • Data science and artificial intelligence consulting
  • WordPress plugins and Chrome extensions
  • Mobile applications
  • Technical training and consulting
  • VPS hosting and email infrastructure

3. Service Conditions

Our services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
  • Estimated delivery times depend on project complexity
  • Payments are made according to the agreed milestones
  • Intellectual property of developments is transferred upon full payment
  • We provide post-delivery support according to each contract

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for project execution
  • Comply with agreed payment schedules
  • Respect intellectual property and confidentiality
  • Use the services lawfully and ethically

5. Intellectual Property

The contents of our website, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images and software, are property of aGo lab and are protected by intellectual property laws.

For custom developments, intellectual property is transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

aGo lab will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions caused by force majeure
  • Damages caused by misuse of our services

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.
